Rajnikant M. Radadiya is the Chairman and Whole-time Director on the Board of our Company. He has passed his secondary schooling exam conducted by the Gujarat Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar.

He has over 18 years of experience in the technology, weaving, automation and lab grown diamond sector. Prior to joining our Company, he was previously associated with Anjali Ventures Limited, Jeet Technovision Private Limited, Freedom Automation Solution LLP, Diasis Automation Limited, Sahaj Diamtech Private Limited, Anjali Infracrete Private Limited, Sahaj Weaving Private Limited and Sahaj Solar Limited.

Yogesh J. Radadiya is the VP – Sales of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2025. He has passed his secondary schooling exam conducted by the Gujarat Secondary & Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar.

He has over 13 years of experience in the lab grown diamond sector. Prior to joining our Company, he was previously associated with Sahaj Diamtech Private Limited, and is currently a director on the board of Anjali Diamond (India) Foundation, Geer Jewellery Private Limited and Sahaj Weaving Private Limited.

Ketan Kathiriya is a Director at Anjali Diamond Inc. with over 20 years of experience in the textile and diamond industries. Based in Gujarat, India, he brings extensive practical knowledge, operational expertise, and strong leadership to the company. With a Higher Secondary education background, he has contributed significantly to the growth and development of the business through his dedication, industry insight, and commitment to excellence.

Hiten holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Navsari, Gujarat, India. His career in the diamond and jewelry industry spans 40 years, with a specialized focus on diamond trading, merchandising, and jewelry manufacturing based in New York City. Prior to his current role, he was the owner of Blue Star Jewelry, where he achieved significant milestones collaborating with major retailers and department stores across the country.
